hello iPad

As a person who follows media trends, innovations and the launch of gadgets pretty closely – I have found myself avoiding the hype surrounding the much anticipated new apple tablet. Sure I knew this would be a game changer and have a significant influence in the industry, but I wasn’t convinced this would be the gadget for me. Well then I read this, and all that has changed. I am officially sold:

“Apple sees this as a personal media experience that they can create. The tablet’s ‘most revolutionary impact is on the way people consume media in the home. You take it from room to room, you dock it next to your bed, it becomes your alarm clock. You dock in the living room, it’s a photo frame and a video server for your TV; you dock it in the kitchen, and it displays your recipes for you.'”

I will see you in line.

I am a huge fan of bread. Pretty much all bread is fine by me. Who can resist a perfectly toasted bagel or slice of rye with cream cheese, butter and a pinch of salt or fresh mixed berry preserves. Then there is my all time childhood favorite, cinnamon raison bread with butter and sugar… mmm. The point is, this toaster is incredible. The clear glass window to watch your bread brown is a luxury I think everyone should enjoy. Magimix vision toaster is available this month.
